User Acceptance


By using the Site, each individual (hereinafter "User") accepts the terms of use of the Site, that is to say, the Legal Information, and these Terms of Use without reserve modification or restriction. If modified or updated, the revised Terms of Use will be posted on the site with reference to the last date of update. The User must therefore regularly check the site to stay informed of any changes or updates to the Terms of Use of the Website.

General Provisions


Using the Cabinet website (the "Site"), the user ("User") agrees to the collection and use of personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data" or "Data") to as described below. If modified or updated, a statement will be posted on the site with reference to the last date of update. The User must therefore regularly check the site to stay informed of any changes or updates of the Cabinet Policy of privacy. The Personal Data collected from the treatment site are performed in compliance with the law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004. The data processing manager is the Cabinet, for its own account.   

Intellectual Property


The Site and each of its component parts, including texts, articles, newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures, illustrations, computer programs, animations, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Cabinet. 


The User is not permitted to reproduce, modify, translate and / or adapt, in part or in whole, its component parts, and reproduce and / or represent such translations, adaptations and modifications, partly or wholly, for a fee or for free, without the prior written consent of the Cabinet. 


By exception to the preceding paragraphs, the Cabinet allows users to download to the hard disk of their personal computer the newsletters or other documents, Cabinet property that are made available to users in the form of electronic files specifically for downloading. In this case, and unless expressly provided otherwise reproduced on each of the above documents, the User will be allowed to hold a copy of these documents, print and share the subject not to make any changes to these. 


Any short quote will display the title of the document or the city website page, the name of the author, and, if applicable, the date and publication number of the document cited. Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its materials will be deemed to constitute an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.   



The Cabinet shall ensure that the Site contains no hyperlink leading directly or indirectly to websites or pages of sites whose content is contrary to the fundamental principles of the legal profession and take without delay all provisions to remove if this site was to prove contrary to the essential principles of the profession. The Cabinet would however incur liability beyond this ethical obligation.



The firm is committed to respecting the privacy of users and the confidentiality of their Personal Data during their navigation on the site.

Personal Data of the Members of the Cabinet


Cabinet members related data that are made available on the Site may only be collected and be processed with the prior written consent of the concerned person. In particular, Users are not allowed to collect and use, manually or automatically, these data to send advertisements or any other nature.

The Website is limited to personal use by the Users.  The Website and data, information and documents provided are intended to provide non-exhaustive, general information about the firm and the legal profession and can in no way be considered as constituting legal advice a canvassing, a solicitation and / or an offer of services.


Users are solely responsible for the use he makes of the Website and / or the information provided through the Site and the Cabinet shall in no event be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site and / or of such information by the User. 


The Firm does not warrant that the Site will be accessible or available continuously, or it will be free of viruses.  The Firm will not be liable for damages resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to changes in information published on the Site.
